Do I need a developer or designer?
No. Choose a theme, add your products and logo from the dashboard, and the store is live. Colours, fonts, the home page and menus are all edited without code.
How do my customers pay me?
Through your own Razorpay account: UPI, credit and debit cards, EMI, net banking and wallets go straight to your bank. Cash on delivery works without Razorpay. We take no commission on your sales.
What do the prices include?
Every price includes 18% GST, and you get a GST invoice for each payment. Hosting, HTTPS, updates and backups are included; there are no app fees.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Type it at sign-up or later on the Domain page, add the two DNS records it shows, and HTTPS is set up for you. Your free address keeps working too.
Can I change plan or theme later?
Any time. Upgrades start straight away with the unused days credited; downgrades and yearly or monthly changes apply at your next renewal. Themes switch without losing products or pages.
What happens after the free trial?
Nothing is charged until you choose to pay. Before the trial ends we email you and show a reminder in your dashboard; pay by UPI AutoPay or card to keep the store live.
