Razorpay charges its own fees on online payments. Shiprocket, WhatsApp Business and SMS are billed by those services.
Pricing questions
Is GST included?
Yes. Every price shown includes 18% GST. Add your GSTIN in the dashboard and your receipts show it.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days on any plan without entering a card. Before it ends we remind you; pay by UPI AutoPay or card to keep the store live.
Do you charge a commission on sales?
No. Customers pay you through your own Razorpay account, which charges its own payment fees. We charge only the plan.
What happens if I go over my product limit?
You keep everything you have; to add more products, move up a plan. The dashboard shows how close you are.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from the Plan and billing page. The change applies at your next renewal. Yearly plans cost ten months for twelve.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your dashboard. Your store stays live until the end of the period you have paid for.
