Find your way around the dashboard
A quick tour of your store dashboard: the home page, the Get your store ready checklist, the side menu, the New button on phones and the notification bell.
Add your contact details and store settings
Set your store name, phone, WhatsApp, email, address and hours, add an announcement bar, set a minimum order, and pause orders with holiday mode.
Replace the sample products and text
Your new store starts with the theme's sample products, pages and homepage text. Here is how to swap them for your own before you share the link.
Products
Add products one by one or in bulk, with sizes, colours and sharp photos.
Add your first product
Add a product with its name, description, photos, price, was price, stock and label, choose whether it shows in your store, and put it in a collection.
Sell products with sizes and colours
Add up to three options such as size, colour and material. Each combination gets its own price, stock, SKU and photo, and sold-out choices are marked.
Import products from a CSV file
Add or update many products at once from Excel or Google Sheets, including an export from Shopify or WooCommerce, and check a preview before saving.
Add product photos that look sharp
How product photos work: upload any common format and it is saved as fast WebP, cropped to 4:5. Upload many at once with Bulk photos and tidy your Media.
Payments and GST
Take UPI, cards and cash on delivery, send payment links and issue GST invoices.
Connect Razorpay for UPI and card payments
Connect your own Razorpay account so shoppers can pay by UPI, cards, net banking and wallets, with the money going straight to your bank account.
Offer cash on delivery and set a limit
Switch cash on delivery on or off, set the largest order that can be paid in cash, choose zones that allow it, and see COD orders in their own tab.
Set up GST and download tax invoices
Add your GSTIN, choose whether prices include GST, set rates and HSN codes, and get numbered PDF tax invoices with CGST, SGST or IGST worked out for you.
Create an order for WhatsApp or phone sales
Took an order on WhatsApp, Instagram or the phone? Create it in the dashboard and mark it paid, choose cash on delivery, or send a Razorpay payment link.
Orders and shipping
Delivery charges, couriers, tracking, returns and refunds.
Set delivery charges and zones
Charge one delivery fee everywhere, or set zones by PIN code, city, state or country, charging by weight, order value, product or distance, with free delivery.

Connect your Shiprocket account once, then book a courier from any order in one tap. The tracking number, pickup, label and delivery updates follow.
Move orders along and share tracking
Mark orders packed, shipped, out for delivery and delivered, add the courier and tracking number, and send your delivery person a live location link.
Handle returns, exchanges and refunds
Let customers ask for a return from their order page, approve or decline it, mark the parcel received, and refund through Razorpay, UPI, bank or store credit.

Create pages and journal posts
Build pages such as About us and write journal posts from blocks: text, photos, galleries, questions and product rows. Save drafts, schedule and restore.

Coupons, offers, cart reminders, email campaigns, reviews and product feeds.
Create coupons and automatic offers
Make coupon codes such as DIWALI10, and offers that apply by themselves: buy X get Y, spend more save more, and a free gift over an amount.
Win back abandoned carts
Send one friendly reminder, with an optional coupon, to shoppers who leave at checkout. See each cart, follow up on WhatsApp and track the sales recovered.
