You can change plan, or switch between monthly and yearly, from Plan and billing. Before anything changes, a page shows your plan now, your plan after, what you pay now and from when, and anything that must change first.
Start a change
- Open Plan and billing.
- Choose Monthly or Yearly above the plan cards.
- Press the button on the plan you want, such as Upgrade to Pro or Switch to Starter.
- Read the summary, then confirm.
During your trial
Any change applies at once, and nothing is charged before the trial ends.
Upgrading
An upgrade starts at once. You pay only the difference for the days left in your current period: the new plan's days, less the unused days on your old plan. You pay this by a Razorpay payment link and get a receipt. Your renewals then move to the new plan.
Until you pay, Plan and billing shows the upgrade as waiting, with Pay now and Cancel the upgrade.
Moving to a smaller plan or another billing cycle
These start on your renewal date, so you keep what you have paid for until then.
- We check your store fits the new plan first. For example, Starter allows 20 products and five starter themes, and brand styles stop showing when you leave Pro. The summary tells you what to change.
- Until the renewal date you can undo the change: press Keep with your current plan's name on Plan and billing.
If you pay by UPI AutoPay
UPI AutoPay is set up for a fixed amount, so a change in amount needs a new approval. Your old payment ends with the period, and you approve the new one once; we remind you until you do. Card payments are changed in place. You are never charged twice for the same period.
