Refunds and cancellation

This policy covers payments for UpMinutes plans. Refunds for products bought from a store are handled by that store; see its own policies.
Free trial
The 14-day trial is free and needs no card. Nothing is charged unless you choose a way to pay.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from Plan and billing in your dashboard. Automatic payments stop, and your store stays live until the end of the period already paid for.
Refunds
Plan payments are for the period they cover and are not refunded for unused days, except where the law requires it. If you were charged twice or charged after cancelling, tell us within 30 days and we refund the extra payment to the original payment method, normally within 7 working days of approval.
Changing plan
Upgrades start at once and you pay only the difference for the days left. Moving to a smaller plan or another billing cycle starts at your next renewal.
