Terms of service
Last updated 8 October 2026.
These terms apply when you create or run a store on UpMinutes (“we”, “us”), operated by UpMinutes, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. By creating a store you agree to them.
Your store
You are responsible for what you sell, the information on your store, your prices, taxes, delivery and customer service, and for following the laws that apply to your business, including consumer protection, GST and e-commerce rules. You must not sell anything illegal or use the service to deceive people.
Payments from your customers
Your customers pay you through your own payment gateway account (such as Razorpay) or in cash. We are not a party to those payments and do not hold your money. The gateway’s own terms and fees apply.
Plans and billing
Plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, and include 18% GST. A free trial lasts 14 days; nothing is charged unless you choose a way to pay. If a payment fails we remind you; a store left unpaid may be paused, and its data is kept for at least 30 days so you can come back. See refunds and cancellation.
Your content and data
Your products, photos, text and customer data stay yours. You give us permission to host and display them to run your store. You can export products, orders and customers as CSV at any time.
Fair use
Do not attack, overload or try to get around the limits or security of the service, or use it to send spam. We may suspend a store that puts other stores or shoppers at risk, and will tell you why.
Service
We work to keep stores fast and available and back up data every night, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the plan fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; we will tell store owners by email before important changes take effect.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
