Store owners and their team

We collect your name, email, phone, business details and billing details to run your account, send reminders and receipts, and keep your account secure (sign-in records with IP address and device).

Shoppers on our stores

Each store owner decides what to collect from their shoppers and is responsible for it; we process that data for them to run their store (orders, addresses, accounts, emails). Store analytics are counted without cookies.

This website

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Our server keeps short-lived logs (IP address, page, time) for security and to fix problems.

Who we share with

Only the services needed to run the platform: hosting, email delivery, Razorpay for plan payments, and, when a store owner connects them, services such as Shiprocket, WhatsApp, MSG91 or Google. We do not sell personal data.

Keeping and deleting

We keep data while an account is active and as long as the law requires for tax records. Owners can delete products, customers and orders; ask us to delete your whole account.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 by contacting us.
