Open your dashboard at yourname.upminutes.com/admin. It works on a computer, tablet or phone.
The home page
The first page, Dashboard, greets you and shows whether your store is live, your plan and how many trial days are left. Below that you will find:
- Sales today, Orders today, Last 7 days, To ship and Unread messages. Tap any of them to open the full list.
- Get your store ready: a short checklist (add your products, choose how customers pay, add your phone and WhatsApp number, write your homepage headline, connect your own domain, list your products on Google and Instagram). It disappears once every step is done.
- A sales chart for the last 14 days, Recent orders, Low stock, your Plan and billing summary and Latest messages from your contact form.
The side menu
On a computer the menu sits on the left. It is grouped like this:
- Store: Orders, Returns, Products, Collections, Customers, Reviews, Abandoned carts, Discounts and Coupons.
- Marketing: Sales channels, Email campaigns, Subscribers, Gift cards and Loyalty points.
- Insights: Reports and Analytics.
- Content: Pages, Journal, Media, Menus, Homepage, Size guides and Messages.
- Settings: Theme, Store features, Domain, Languages and currencies, Store settings, Team, Plan and billing, Payments, Shipping, Shiprocket, Taxes (GST), Invoices, Email, WhatsApp and SMS, Policies, SEO & AI search and Redirects.
- Logs: Email log and Activity.
On your phone
A bar at the bottom gives you Home, Orders, a + button and Products. The + button creates something new: an order, a product, an email campaign, a page, a journal post, a collection, a coupon or photos. More opens the full menu.
Notices
The bell at the top lists billing notices, such as a trial ending or a payment due. Anything urgent also shows as a bar across the top of every page until it is dealt with.
Team members only see the parts of the menu their role allows. See add your team.
