The easiest and safest way into your dashboard is a one-time code sent to your email. There is no password to remember or share.
Sign in with a code
- Go to yourname.upminutes.com/admin (or your own domain followed by /admin).
- Type your Email and press Email me a sign-in code.
- Check your inbox for a 6-digit code. It works once, for 10 minutes.
- Type it in Sign-in code and press Sign in.
If the code does not arrive, check your spam folder, or use Use a password, or send a new code to get another.
Where text messages are set up for your store, a Text me a code button also appears.
Sign in with a password
If you set a password, open Sign in with a password instead on the sign-in page, and enter your email and password.
Your profile
Open the menu with your name at the top of the dashboard and choose My profile. There you can:
- Change your Name.
- Set or change a Password (at least 10 characters). It is optional; you can always sign in with a code.
- See Your recent activity and Your role.
- See Where you are signed in, and press Sign out everywhere else if you used a shared or lost device.
Keeping your store safe
- Never share sign-in codes. UpMinutes will never ask you for one.
- Give staff their own access through Team instead of sharing your email.
- Check the activity log now and then for sign-ins you do not recognise.
Your customers sign in to their store accounts the same way, with an email code and no password.
