Open Shipping to decide what shoppers pay for delivery. The charge updates at checkout as the address is typed, and a "Check delivery" box on product pages lets shoppers check a PIN code first.
Simple: one fee everywhere
- Under How you charge, choose One fee everywhere.
- Enter the Delivery fee (₹), an optional Free delivery over (₹) and the Delivery time (days), for example 3-7.
- Press Save.
Zones: different fees by place
- Choose Zones under How you charge and press Save.
- To start quickly, press Set up common zones for me. You get a ready-made set (your state, metro cities, rest of India, remote areas) to adjust.
- Or open Add a zone. Give it a Zone name and Delivery time (days), choose In India or Other countries, and pick where it covers: states, cities, or PIN codes (full codes or their first digits, such as 600).
- Choose how the zone charges:
- By weight: a rate for the first 500 g, more for each extra 500 g. Set each product's weight under Shipping and GST.
- By order value: bands, such as ₹0–499: ₹80 and ₹500–999: ₹40.
- By product: each product's own delivery charge, times the quantity.
- By distance from your store, for local delivery. Add Your store's location on the Shipping page.
- Free delivery.
- Set an optional free-delivery amount, choose whether the zone allows cash on delivery, and press Add zone.
To change a zone later, press Edit beside it, then Save zone.
Other settings
