Two shifts, 42 machines and a cool room for measuring.

Noyyal began in 2003 with two lathes in a Kurichi shed, turning pump shafts for neighbours. Today 140 people run 42 CNC machines across two shifts, and every lot passes through a temperature-controlled inspection room before it is packed.

What is your minimum order?

One piece for prototypes. For production, it depends on the part: usually 50 for milled parts and 2,000 for sliding-head turned parts.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, before you send drawings. Files are kept on our own server, and only the programmer and the inspector on your job can open them.

Do you track material batches?

Yes. Every lot is traced to its bar or casting batch, and the heat number is marked on the packing.

Can you arrange heat treatment and plating?

Yes, through trusted partners in Coimbatore and Hosur. We manage the process and inspect parts again after they return.
