Our workshop
Ravi was a pastry chef in Chennai until he tasted beans from a cacao farm in Idukki and stopped making anything else. Our workshop in White Town roasts about 60 kg of beans a week, and every batch is tasted against the farm’s notes before it is wrapped.
Pick bars, bonbons or a gift box.
We pack in insulated boxes with ice gel.
At your door in 2–5 days, never left in the sun.

Saturday tastings in the workshop: roasted beans, nibs, three bars and a bonbon, with the story of each farm. ₹600, 45 minutes.

The Idukki bar tastes of fruit, not just sugar. I did not know Indian chocolate could taste like this.
The bonbon box arrived in Delhi in June, cold and perfect, with ice gel still frozen.
We did the Saturday tasting. Eating the raw nibs and then the finished bar made the whole process click.
We ship in insulated boxes with ice gel, Monday to Wednesday only, so parcels do not wait over a weekend. Summer delivery is still safe.
Bars are best at 16–20 °C in a cupboard. If your room is hotter, wrap them well and keep them in the fridge door, then let them warm before eating.
Our dark bars contain only cacao and sugar and are vegan. The kitchen also handles milk, so traces are possible.
Yes, from 20 boxes, with a printed sleeve and card. Allow 10 days. Prices start at ₹950 a box.
