Will chocolate melt in shipping?
We ship in insulated boxes with ice gel, Monday to Wednesday only, so parcels do not wait over a weekend. Summer delivery is still safe.
Should I keep chocolate in the fridge?
Bars are best at 16–20 °C in a cupboard. If your room is hotter, wrap them well and keep them in the fridge door, then let them warm before eating.
Are your bars vegan?
Our dark bars contain only cacao and sugar and are vegan. The kitchen also handles milk, so traces are possible.
