Karthik and Imran opened Minnal in 2015 in a two-car garage in Thoraipakkam. We still take only two cars at a time, in closed bays with filtered air, and we measure the paint before we touch it.

How long does ceramic coating last?

Our 3-year coating lasts about that long with a wash every two to four weeks and a yearly inspection. Automatic car washes and harsh soaps shorten it.

Will correction remove every scratch?

No. It removes swirls and marks in the clear coat. If you can catch a scratch with a fingernail, it can usually only be reduced.

Can I wash a coated car myself?

Yes. Use two buckets, a pH-neutral shampoo and a soft mitt, and dry with a clean towel. Avoid wax-based shampoos and car-wash brushes.

Does a wrap damage the paint?

Not on factory paint in good condition. A quality cast vinyl removed within five years lifts cleanly. Repainted panels can lift; we test first.
