In the karkhana
Our grandfather opened the shop in 1962 with two setters. Today 14 karigars work above the showroom: chiteras who draw, ghaarhas who shape the gold, meenakars who enamel and kundansaz who set each stone by hand.

Polki is an uncut diamond, cut flat and set as it is. Kundan is the method of setting stones in pure gold foil; it can hold polki, glass or gemstones. We always tell you which stones are in a piece.
Yes. Every piece is 22K gold, and the gold weight, stone weight and making charge are listed separately on the bill.
Gold weight at the day’s rate, plus the stones by weight, plus a making charge that we show separately. GST is added at 3%.
Yes. Send a sketch or photo. Our chitera draws it to scale, we quote in writing, and most pieces take six to twelve weeks.
