What is the difference between kundan and polki?
Polki is an uncut diamond, cut flat and set as it is. Kundan is the method of setting stones in pure gold foil; it can hold polki, glass or gemstones. We always tell you which stones are in a piece.
Is the gold weight shown on the bill?
Yes. Every piece is 22K gold, and the gold weight, stone weight and making charge are listed separately on the bill.
How is the price worked out?
Gold weight at the day’s rate, plus the stones by weight, plus a making charge that we show separately. GST is added at 3%.
Can you make a piece to my design?
Yes. Send a sketch or photo. Our chitera draws it to scale, we quote in writing, and most pieces take six to twelve weeks.
Can you repair or clean old kundan jewellery?
Yes. We reset loose stones, redo meena and clean old pieces. Cleaning is free for our own pieces; repairs are quoted after we see the piece.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.
How do I track my order?
You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
