The studio

An architect, an engineer and twelve carpenters who answer the phone.

Rutvi and Harsh started Otlo in 2013 after years at large firms. Today eight designers work in our Navrangpura studio and twelve carpenters in our Odhav workshop. We take on about 40 homes a year, so each one gets our full attention.

What does a full home interior cost?

Most 3 BHK projects in Ahmedabad fall between ₹14 lakh and ₹28 lakh, depending on materials and how much carpentry you need. We give a fixed, itemised quote after the site visit.

Do you charge a design fee?

For design and build projects, the design fee is included in the quote. The design-only package is charged at ₹120 per sq ft of carpet area.

How long does a project take?

Four to five weeks for design, then 8 to 14 weeks on site for a full home. Kitchens alone take about five weeks from sign-off.

Do you work outside Ahmedabad?

We build in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. For other cities in Gujarat we offer the design-only package with site visits at cost.
