Spinach, wheat and gram flour kneaded with ginger and green chilli, shaped into rolls and steamed for 25 minutes. Served whole or sliced and tempered with mustard seed and sesame. A lighter farsan, good with tea. 250 g is about six rolls; keeps for two days in the fridge.
