Yes. Tell your server when you sit down. We swap the shaak and dal for versions with no onion, garlic or root vegetables, at the same price.

Yes, by phone or WhatsApp. We hold tables for 15 minutes. Sundays and festival days fill up, so book a day ahead.

Farsan and sweets are sold by weight at the counter from 11 am to 10.30 pm. A packed thali for one is ₹320, in a steel tiffin with a ₹200 deposit or a paper box.

We cook for 30 to 300 guests at homes and halls in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. Give us ten days’ notice; menus start at ₹450 a plate.
