A whole mud crab from the Nagapattinam coast, cleaned and broken, then simmered in a thick masala of onion, tomato, roasted spices and coconut. We crack the claws for you. Allow 25 minutes; it is cooked to order. Comes with a crab cracker and a finger bowl.
