How spicy is the food?
Medium-hot by default; Chettinad food is peppery. Ask for mild on any dish and we reduce the chilli and pepper without changing the masala.
Do you have vegetarian dishes?
Yes. Banana leaf veg meals, parotta with veg salna, mushroom pepper fry, ennai kathirikkai and paniyaram are always on the menu.
Is the chicken country chicken?
Our nattu kozhi curry uses country chicken from farms near Pudukkottai. Chicken 65 and biryani use farm chicken, and the menu says which is which.
