How our live juice counter works at a function: menu, numbers, power, space and what it costs per guest.

We take our juice counter to about six events a month, from weddings and upanayanams to office events in the IT park at Rushikonda. If you are planning one, here is how it works.
The menu is fixed with you a week ahead. Most hosts choose three or four juices, usually one citrus, one fruit such as watermelon or pineapple, sugarcane if there is space for the roller, and tender coconut for elders. For morning events, ABC juice and panakam are popular. We bring the fruit, the press, the roller, glasses, straws, ice on request and two staff in clean aprons and caps.
Pricing starts at ₹60 a glass for 50 to 300 guests, with a minimum of ₹6,000. Sugarcane and watermelon are ₹60, orange and pineapple ₹90, tender coconut ₹70. We plan for about 1.3 glasses per guest at a daytime event in summer, less in winter, and you pay only for glasses served, against a deposit.
We need a covered space about 3 m by 2 m, one 15-amp power point, and access to water for washing hands and fruit. The sugarcane roller is noisy, so keep it away from the mandap. We arrive an hour before service and leave the area clean. Book at least ten days ahead, longer in the wedding months of February to May. Send us the date, venue and guest count on WhatsApp for a quote.
