Handover is the moment buyers wait years for, and a little preparation makes it smoother.
It begins with the finished building. Our engineers complete the final checks on the common areas, lifts and services, and we invite buyers to see the tower before their own home.
Next comes the final demand: the last instalment, registration charges, stamp duty and the maintenance deposit. We send a single statement with every amount listed against the price sheet you signed.
Before registration, you inspect your home with our customer care engineer. Walk every room, run every tap, switch on every light and point, and open every window and door. Note anything that is wrong on the snag list. We fix snag items within 15 working days.
After registration, you receive the keys, the warranty documents, the manuals for fittings and the as-built drawings. Your 5-year structural warranty starts on that day, and our customer care desk remains your contact for the first year of maintenance.
