Who we are
Homes delivered on the date we print in the agreement.
Rachakonda Homes was founded in 1999 by two civil engineers, Ravi and Lakshmi Reddy. We have handed over 14 projects and 4,200 homes in west Hyderabad. We build with our own site teams, test every concrete pour and publish monthly progress photos for buyers.
Two, three and four-bedroom apartments in Kokapet, Tellapur and Kollur. Clear pricing, and 14 projects handed over on time. Site visits are led by our project engineers, not only sales staff. Ask anything about the structure, the plans and the timeline.

Every buyer sees the same price sheet, with car parks, clubhouse and corpus fund listed, not added later.
Built to be checked
Cube tests for every pour, third-party structural audits and monthly site photos for every buyer.

We got the keys to our Meadows flat a month before the agreement date. Everything on the snag list was fixed in two weeks.
The site engineer walked us through the structure and showed us the cube test records. That convinced us.
The price sheet had every charge on it. Nothing new appeared at registration.
