Is the handover date fixed?
Yes. The handover date is written into the agreement, and the brochure and price sheet carry the same date.
What does the price include?
The basic price, car parks, clubhouse membership and amenities are on one sheet. Registration, stamp duty and GST are listed separately.
Which banks give home loans for your projects?
Nine banks and housing finance companies offer home loans for our projects. Our loan desk helps with papers and visits at no charge.
How do payments work for under-construction homes?
A booking amount, then instalments linked to construction stages such as foundation, each slab and finishing, as set out in the agreement.
Can I make changes inside my apartment?
Small changes to tiles, fittings and electrical points are possible before the finishing stage, at the listed price. Structural changes are not allowed.
How quickly will I get a quotation?
Within one working day for standard products, and within three for items made to drawing.
Do you supply outside the state?
Yes, across India by road freight, with the transport cost shown in the quotation.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
