Private sessions

Fifty-five minutes with one instructor and one reformer. We start with how you move and what you want from pilates, then build each session around that. Good for anyone who prefers to learn alone, has an old injury their doctor knows about, or wants to move faster.

Private sessions

Duet session

A private session shared by two people on two reformers side by side, with one instructor. Suits friends, couples or a parent and grown-up child at a similar level. ₹3,200 each, and you book and pay together. We match the springs to each of you.
