I had never been on a reformer. The three intro sessions made the group class feel easy on day one.
I came to prenatal classes from my fifth month to the week before my daughter was born. Calm room, and the instructor always asked how I was feeling first.
Eight people a class really is eight. The instructor corrected my feet twice in the first ten minutes.
