How long does a made-to-order veena take?
About four months for an ekanda veena and ten weeks for an ottu veena. We send photos at each stage: carving, fretting and polish.
Do you ship outside Tamil Nadu?
Yes, across India in 4–7 days, crated and insured. We ship to the US, UK, Singapore and Australia by sea freight in 5–7 weeks.
Can I return an instrument?
If it arrives damaged we replace it. Otherwise you can exchange it within 10 days if it is unplayed and in its crate, paying the freight both ways.
Do you repair instruments made elsewhere?
Yes. Fret setting for a veena starts at ₹2,500, mridangam re-skinning at ₹4,500 and a violin set-up at ₹1,800. We quote before we begin.
Can I pay in instalments?
For made-to-order veenas, a third when you approve the wood, a third at fretting and the rest before dispatch, by UPI or bank transfer.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.
How do I track my order?
You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
