How to book a table and what to expect

From the deposit to the last petit four: a short guide for first visits.

Tables open on the 1st of each month for the following 30 days. We take bookings online and on the phone between 11 am and 6 pm. A deposit of ₹1,000 per guest holds the table and comes off your bill.

When you book, tell us about allergies, dietary needs and any occasion. The kitchen plans each table’s courses the day before, so the more we know, the better we can cook for you. Jain and vegan menus need 48 hours’ notice.

Please arrive ten minutes early. Each sitting begins together, with a welcome drink in the garden and a short walk through the menu by one of our cooks. Dinner then runs at its own pace for about three hours.

There is no rush to leave. We run two sittings precisely so that no table is turned. When you finish, you take home a printed menu with every farm and maker listed, and a small box of saffron shortbread from our pastry section.
