Thin layers, a powder in the right places and a kajal that sets. Our team’s routine.

From June to September our customers ask the same question: how do I keep makeup on when the air is this wet? Here is what our team does.
Start with skin that is clean and lightly moisturised. Use a gel moisturiser and give it five minutes to sink in. Heavy creams under makeup are the first reason it slides.
Use less product. A skin tint applied in thin layers, only where you need it, lasts longer than a full face of foundation. Press a little translucent powder on the forehead, nose and chin, and leave the cheeks alone.
For eyes, use a kajal that sets, such as our smudge-proof one, and give it 30 seconds before you blink hard. Skip mascara on the lower lashes; that is what smudges first.
Choose matte lips. A liquid matte lipstick will survive an umbrella, a local train and a vada pav better than a gloss.
Carry blotting papers rather than more powder. Press, do not wipe, and powder only if you still need it. Layer after layer of powder in humidity looks cakey by the evening.
