How do I find my shade?
Use our shade finder, or send a daylight selfie on WhatsApp. We reply with three suggestions within a day.
Can I exchange a wrong shade?
Yes. Exchange any shade within 15 days, even if swatched once. We arrange the pickup.
Are your products cruelty free?
Yes. Neither our products nor ingredients are tested on animals.
Is the kajal safe for the waterline?
It is ophthalmologist tested for waterline use. Stop using it if your eyes become irritated.
How long do products last once opened?
Lipsticks and blush sticks 18 months, kajal and skin tint 12 months. The symbol on the pack shows it.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.
How do I track my order?
You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
