Many customers find it hard to choose lights from a studio or a screen, without seeing them in their own rooms. That is why we offer a lighting visit anywhere in Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai. It costs ₹1,500, refunded in full if you order from us within three months.
One of our two designers comes to your home at a time that suits you, ideally in the evening, so we can see how the rooms look after dark. They bring a tape measure, a voltage tester, a camera and a small case of sample shades and bulbs.
The visit takes about an hour. We walk through each room you want to change and ask how you use it: where you read, where the family eats, where children do homework. We measure ceiling heights, table sizes and the distance from switches to ceiling points. We check the existing wiring, whether ceiling points are earthed and whether a false ceiling can take the weight of a pendant. We hold sample shades and bulbs in place so you can see the light they give.
Within three working days, you receive a written plan with photos and a drawing for each room, the pieces we suggest, their prices, cable lengths and installation costs. Where your existing lights are fine, we say so. You are under no obligation to buy anything from us. If you do order, the visit fee comes off the bill, and the designer who visited usually comes back with the electrician on installation day.
