Who we are
Warm light for rooms that people actually live in.
Kandil began in 2015 with two lamps for a friend’s café. Our metal shades are spun by Ramesh, who has worked a lathe for 30 years. Our mill-compound studio wires every lamp and runs it for eight hours before it ships.

Every lamp ships with a 2700K or warmer bulb. We think homes should glow, not glare.
Safe wiring
Heavy-duty cable, earthed metal fittings and an eight-hour test on our wall before anything leaves.
Made by hand
Cane from Assam weavers, metal spun in Bhiwandi and wood turned in our own studio.
