Do you install the lights?
Yes, in Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai. Installation is free above ₹15,000 and ₹600 per point below that.
Will your pendants work with my ceiling?
Our pendants come with a ceiling canopy that fits a standard junction box. For false ceilings, we supply a support bracket for pieces over 3 kg.
Can I change the cable length?
Yes. Tell us the height of your ceiling and the table, and we cut the cable to length before dispatch at no extra cost.
Are the lamps dimmable?
All our lamps take dimmable LED bulbs. You need an LED-compatible dimmer switch; we sell one for ₹950 or your electrician can fit one.
What if a lamp arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 48 hours. We replace it or the damaged part at no cost and collect the original.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.
How do I track my order?
You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
