How do I know a pashmina is real?
Ask the weight and feel the weave against light. Ours carry the weight on the tag, and you can bring it back within 10 days if you are not satisfied.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, to Canada, the UK, the US, Australia and the UAE by tracked courier in 8–12 days. Customs duty, if any, is paid by the receiver.
Can I add embroidery to a shawl?
We add two initials free on mufflers and stoles in two days. Custom aari borders take three to four weeks and are quoted on WhatsApp.
How should I wash my shawl?
Dry clean pashmina and embroidered pieces. Plain wool can be hand washed in cold water with a mild shampoo and dried flat in the shade.
Can I see shawls on a video call?
Yes. Book a 20-minute call on WhatsApp and we will show shawls by the window in daylight, folded and draped.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.
How do I track my order?
You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
