What to expect on a site visit

The free cab, the show flat, the walk with an engineer and the questions worth asking, in about two hours.

A site visit is the best way to understand a project before you book. Here is how a typical visit to one of our sites goes, and how to use the time well. Book a slot a day ahead and tell us which project and apartment type interest you. We send a cab to pick you up from any metro station in west Hyderabad, such as Raidurg or HITEC City, and drop you back afterwards. Visits run every day from 10 am to 6 pm. Morning visits are cooler and give you a sense of the light in the flats.

You start at the site office with a short talk on the project: the master plan, tower positions, amenities and the price sheet. Then you see the show flat, which is finished as the actual apartments will be, with the standard tiles, fittings and switches. Look at what is standard and what is decoration. Furniture and false ceilings in a show flat are not usually included.

The most useful part is the walk with a project engineer. For an under-construction project, they take you into the tower to see the structure, explain the current stage and show the progress chart. For ready projects, you see the actual unit you are considering. Ask about the water source, sewage treatment, power backup, parking allocation and the handover date for your tower.

Before you leave, take the price sheet and a sample agreement. Our sales team will not ask you to pay a booking amount on the day of your first visit. Take time to compare and come back with your questions.
