How do you check the silk?

Every saree is checked by hand, and the zari is tested before we list it. The weight is written on the tag.

Can you stitch the blouse?

Yes. Send your measurements or a well-fitting blouse; stitching takes 7 days and costs from ₹1,200.

Do you ship outside India?

We ship to the US, UK, Singapore and the UAE by insured courier in 7–10 days.

How do exchanges work?

Exchange any unworn saree with its tags within 7 days. We pick it up from your door in India.

Can I see a saree on a video call?

Yes. Book a free 20-minute call and our stylist will show you sarees in daylight, draped and on the loom.

How do I pay?

UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.

How do I track my order?

You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Is my data safe?

We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
