Who we are
Silk woven slowly, to be worn for a lifetime.
We work with 38 weaving families around Kanchipuram and Coimbatore. A korvai saree takes up to three weeks on the loom; we pay for the time, and tell you whose time it was.
Kanchipuram and Coimbatore silks, chosen loom by loom, with the weaver named on every saree. Book a free video call and our stylist will show you sarees on the loom, in daylight.

What we stand for
Three things we will not change
Named weavers
Every saree’s tag names the family that wove it and the village they live in.
Fair time
We pay weavers by the day on the loom, not by the piece, so no one hurries a border.
Honest silk
Pure silk, with the zari tested and the weight written on the tag.

Draped for the muhurtham, made for every anniversary after.

The video call made it easy. I saw the colour in daylight before I paid, and it arrived exactly like that.
Bought my daughter’s muhurtham saree here. The blouse was stitched in a week and fitted first time.
I like knowing who wove it. The tag had the weaver’s name and village.
New weaves, every Friday.
