Will the indigo bleed?
A little on the first two washes, which is why we wash every piece twice before dispatch. Wash it alone in cold water the first few times.
Why are there small marks and breaks in the print?
Each block is placed by hand, so joins and small breaks happen. They are part of hand printing, and we describe any larger flaws on the product page.
Can I order a custom length or colour?
Yes, for 20 metres and above. Custom dabu prints take about three weeks; we send a printed swatch first for ₹250.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes, to most countries by courier in 7–12 days. Shipping is shown at checkout.
Can I visit the workshop?
Yes, Tuesday to Sunday from 10 am. A two-hour printing session costs ₹1,800 per person; book a day ahead on WhatsApp.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.
How do I track my order?
You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
