Venue, rooms, catering and décor: a worked example for a three-day wedding with 250 guests.

Families often ask for one number. We prefer to show how it adds up, because the same haveli can cost very different amounts depending on the choices you make. Here is a worked example at our 2026–27 winter rates. The whole haveli for three nights, 22 rooms for 48 guests with breakfast, is ₹7,20,000. Most families book this so the closest relatives stay together.
Venue charges for four functions: the haldi brunch in the garden courtyard, ₹60,000; the sangeet on the rooftop, ₹1,40,000; the pheras and dinner in the main courtyard, ₹2,50,000; and the reception on the lawn, ₹4,50,000. Total ₹9,00,000.
Catering for 250 guests: brunch at ₹1,100 a plate, sangeet dinner and wedding dinner at ₹2,200, and the reception at ₹2,500 with an extra counter. That comes to about ₹19,75,000. Add GST at the applicable rate on each line. Décor, photography, music and guest transport are booked by you directly, and in Udaipur they usually add 40 to 70% on top of the venue and catering.
So a three-day wedding for 250 here starts at around ₹36 lakh before décor and taxes. A two-day wedding with fewer rooms and a smaller reception can come in under half that. Your written quote lists every line, so you can see where to save.
