How to order, how fast it arrives, how to eat it and what to do if you have a large group.

If you have not eaten with us before, a few things about our place may be useful to know. We are a small dining room with 36 seats, a wood-fired oven at one end and a counter where Aditya stretches the dough in full view.
We open at 5 pm, Tuesday to Sunday. Early evenings are quiet, and from 8 pm on Fridays and weekends there is often a short wait for a table. We take bookings for groups of up to 12 and hold the table for 15 minutes. Walk-ins are always welcome when there is space.
You order at the table. Each pizza is 11 inches and serves one person. Most first-time guests order one pizza each and share a garlic bread. Tell your server about allergies and Jain requirements before you order, so the kitchen can plan.
Pizzas come out fast. The bake itself takes about 90 seconds, so a pizza usually reaches your table within ten minutes of ordering, and we send them out one by one as they come from the oven, not all at once. Eat yours while it is hot. Neapolitan pizza is soft in the centre; fold a slice in half lengthwise, or use a knife and fork. Chilli oil and dried oregano are on every table. At the end, the bill can be split by UPI at the table, and if you have pizza left, we pack it in a box with reheating notes.
