I have never done yoga. Can I join the Mysore room?
Yes, though we suggest the four-week beginners’ course first. If you start directly, your first week is sun salutations and a few standing postures, taught one to one.
What time should I come in the morning?
Any time between 5.30 and 7.30 am. The room closes at 9 am, so leave enough time for your full practice.
Do you have drop-in classes?
Yes. A single Mysore-style or led class is ₹700, and a one-week pass for visitors is ₹2,800.
