How do I cook millets?
Rinse twice, then cook 1 cup with 2.5 cups of water for 15 minutes, or soak for an hour first for a softer grain. Every pack has the ratio.
Are your millets organic?
Most farmers in our groups grow millets without chemicals, and we do not label any pack organic. Ask us about the farm behind a pack.
Do you deliver fresh batter outside Mysuru?
No. Fresh batter is delivered in Mysuru only, before 8 am. Outside Mysuru, choose our instant mixes.
How long do millets keep?
About 4 months in an airtight jar in a cool place. In summer, keep a bay leaf in the jar to keep insects away.
Can I return a pack?
Unopened packs can be returned within 7 days. If anything arrives damaged, send a photo and we replace it.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.
How do I track my order?
You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
