Who we are
Festive clothes small enough to run, climb and sit in.
Reshma and Divya opened Thumbi in 2017 with one sewing machine and a rule: every festive piece gets a cotton lining. Today twelve tailors work in Pulimoodu, and our own children still test every new design.
Pattu pavadai, kurtas and party frocks for ages 0 to 12, lined in soft cotton so nothing itches through a long sadya. Shirt-and-mundu for brothers, pavadai for sisters, in the same kasavu border. Order by 25 August for delivery before Thiruvonam.

What we stand for
Three things we will not change
Soft inside
Every festive piece is lined in cotton, and every seam that touches skin is bound.
Room to grow
Hems and waists carry extra fabric so a set lasts two festivals, not one.
Tested by children
Our own children wear each design for a week before it goes on sale.

Matching sibling sets for Onam photographs.
Shirt-and-mundu for brothers, pavadai for sisters, in the same kasavu border. Order by 25 August for delivery before Thiruvonam.

What customers say

My daughter usually pulls festive clothes off in ten minutes. She wore the pavadai through the whole sadya.
The size was wrong and they exchanged it in two days, no questions.
I let the hem down for this year’s Onam. Same pavadai, second year, still looks new.
New festive sets, before every festival.
