Our boats range from one bedroom to five, and the right one depends less on budget than on who is coming.
For a couple, the one-bedroom boat is the simplest choice. If you want the deck to yourselves at sunset and dinner served up there, the upper-deck couples boat is worth the extra ₹5,000. Its bedroom is on the lower deck, with a wide window over the water. For a family of four, the two-bedroom boat is the one most people book. If you have elderly parents, ask for a boat with both bedrooms on the lower deck, so there are no stairs. Our three-bedroom boat has the third room upstairs.
For three generations travelling together, or two families, the three-bedroom boat gives everyone a room and has a larger dining area. Children under ten sleep on an extra mattress at no charge. For groups of eight to ten, the five-bedroom boat is better value than two smaller boats, and everyone eats together. It has a crew of four. The suite boat is for people who want air-conditioning during the day as well as the night, or who are travelling in April and May when afternoons are hot. It is also the quietest boat we have, because its generator is set further from the rooms.
