Does the houseboat cruise all night?
No. Houseboats on Vembanad must moor from 5.30 pm to about 8 am. You cruise from noon to 5.30 pm, spend the night moored at a quiet bank, and cruise back after breakfast.
When is the air-conditioning on?
On overnight boats, from 9 pm to 6 am, when the generator runs. The suite boat has air-conditioning all day.
Can you cook vegetarian or Jain food?
Yes. Tell us when you book. Our cooks make Kerala vegetarian meals every day and can cook without onion and garlic with notice.
What is the cancellation policy?
Change your date free up to 7 days before. Cancel more than 15 days before for a full refund; between 7 and 15 days we keep 30%.
How do we reach the jetty?
Punnamada is 4 km from Alappuzha railway station and about 85 km from Kochi airport. We can arrange a cab from either for ₹400 and ₹2,800.
How do I book?
Choose a service, a day and a time, and send the request. We confirm on WhatsApp, usually within the hour.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, free of charge up to 12 hours before your slot. Message us on WhatsApp.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
