A heavy copper pot lined inside with pure tin by our tinsmith, Selvam, with a brass handle and lid knob. Copper spreads heat fast and evenly, which suits payasam, rasam and sauces. 2 litres, 1.2 mm copper. When the tin wears after a few years, send it back for re-tinning.
