Malai paneer

Paneer pressed at 6 am from whole Gir milk curdled with lemon water, not vinegar, so it is soft and a little sweet. A 500 g slab, wrapped in muslin. It keeps three days in the fridge in a bowl of water. Rajkot delivery only.
