Are the colours safe for babies?
Yes. Channapatna toys are coloured with lac, a natural resin, and our other painted toys use water-based, lead-free colours.
How do I clean wooden toys?
Wipe with a damp cloth and a drop of mild soap, then dry at once. Do not soak them or put them in the sun.
Do you ship outside Karnataka?
Yes, across India in 3–5 days. Delivery is free above ₹1,499 outside Mysuru.
Can I return a toy?
Exchange any unused toy in its packing within 7 days. Ride-ons need to be unassembled.
Do you make return gifts for parties?
Yes. Small Channapatna toys from ₹120 each, wrapped with your child’s name, for orders of 20 or more. Allow 5 days.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.
How do I track my order?
You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
