Taking enquiries for sheds and warehouses across Andhra Pradesh and Odisha

What to send us for a quote

Site details, sizes, loads and use: the information that turns a rough estimate into a firm quotation, and how long each step takes.

A quote for a steel building is only as good as the information behind it. Many enquiries begin with “price for a 10,000 sq ft shed”, and we can give a rough figure on the phone. For a firm quotation, we need a little more.

Start with the site: the location and survey number, a hand sketch or the site plan from your architect, and whether there are any height limits, nearby airports or power lines. Tell us how close the site is to the sea; within about 5 km, we specify heavier coatings. Then the building itself: the length, width and clear height you need inside, where doors and windows go, and whether you need a mezzanine, canopies or an office block inside.

Use matters most. A godown for rice bags, a fabrication shop with a 10 t overhead crane and a cold store need very different structures. Tell us about cranes, roof-mounted solar panels, hanging pipes or ducts, and any equipment that vibrates. If you have soil test results, send them too; they help us estimate the foundation loads we give your civil engineer.

With this, we send a budget estimate within three working days and a detailed quotation, with steel tonnage, drawings and a schedule, within ten. Once you approve the design, fabrication drawings take about two weeks and fabrication four to six. Our engineer is also happy to visit your site anywhere in coastal Andhra Pradesh before you decide.
